If you wish to return an item, you must reach out via firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand to obtain a “Return Authorization”. Once you have received the return authorization for your order, you can return the product(s) back to us. No parcel shall be accepted without a return authorization.
Returns and exchanges are accepted upon 14 days after you received the purchased item.
Used, altered or damaged returns won’t be accepted and a refund refused. Any parcel you wish to return after the 14 day timeframe shall be refused.
Please note that the sender will be responsible to cover additional shipping fees. Make sure to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance.
